We meticulously source each and every product direct from makers around the world, bypassing the luxury brands who they supply - and their hefty markups.

As such, many items are made to order and/or will take longer to arrive than if you were to shop the same product via a luxury brand at 2-3 times the retail price (our customers consider it well worth the wait for the savings they enjoy!)

Below are some frequently asked questions to help you better understand how our shipping times work:

 

1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is US$6.99 (approx. A$11/£6) on all orders wherever you are in the world, regardless of if you order 1 or 100 items.

Better still, you can enjoy FREE Shipping on all orders over US$99!

 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

UPDATE: As of 18/09/23 the average shipping time is 12-14 days total, however we ask that you still refer to the general shipping times noted below

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

(Note. not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

1)Processing Time: 3-8 business days

2)Shipping Time: 6-20 business days

If you have a multi-item order, please be aware that some items will be shipped and received in separate packages as they will originate from different makers. You will  however receive individual tracking information for each and every package in your order.

Note. Shipping times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of purchase. It can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance or other causes outside of our control.

Due to COVID-19 and recent import changes around the world, shipments to the following countries/regions have been prohibited: Africa, Algeria, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia

 

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking number to enable you to keep track of your item. If at any stage you have any questions, you can contact us and a member of our team will be happy to assist.



4. Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying these and orders where the customer refuses to pay the charges imposed by their local customs office, will not be able to be refunded.

In the event you refuse to pay these charges/accept your package, you will be fined. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.



5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

In the extreme event that your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days after it was shipped/you received your tracking, please contact us and we will either resend a new order to you or provide you a full refund.

Returns

All Returns requests must be made via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

1. How do I make a return request?

Once you decide to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request via our Contact Us page including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange (if available)
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect (if applicable) 

 To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in their original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, you will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 

2. Who pays for the cost of returning an item(s) back to the warehouse?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you use a registered mailing service with tracking capabilities. If the returned order is lost in transit, we are unable to assist you nor process your refund, so it is best to ensure you choose a trackable service.

In the following cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item: 

  • Incorrect order

    If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size and you require a replacement/exchange - you will be required to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for this replacement item and return of the original item. If you choose to refund, we will refund the original product price not including the original shipping fee.

    • Unwanted item/Change of Mind

      If you no longer want the item or have changed your mind, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs

      In the event your item is faulty, you will not be required to pay return shipping costs. More information below.  

       

      3. When do I receive my refund?

      Once your return has been received and inspected by the warehouse team, we will send you an email (using the same email you used to place your order) to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your credit card provider.

      In the unlikely event your refund is taking longer to appear in your account, first check your bank account again and the surrounding days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them. Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted which is sadly outside of our control.

      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.

       Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable, unless your item is deemed faulty.

       

      4. What if I refuse to pay my local customs taxes and duties?

      As noted in our  Shipping Policy, you are responsible for all duties and taxes charged by your local customs office. In the event you refuse to pay these charges to your local customs office and your package rejected, you will be fined a US$15 Non-Delivery Fee in addition to NO REFUND being given for your rejected order. 
       

      EXCHANGES

      We do not offer exchanges, instead you will need to follow the returns process above for your original item/order and place a new order for the alternative item/order.
